With over 100 projects completed or under development, his vast experience spans from manufacturing facilities to institutional, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and residential.

Bill joined the J.S. Capitol team in 2009. Prior to joining the J.S. Capitol team, Bill worked as an engineer. He is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in contracts, scheduling, and budget adherence.

Paul has been with J.S. Capitol team a combined total of 15 years. Paul has over 35 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction. He also has vast experience in commercial and residential real estate developments. His development experiences span from residential, retail, hospitality, light industrial and medical office.
